CHELCA Publishing (formerly named Digital First Strategies):
Our publishing business business is a leader in production and visual development for multiple distribution platforms, including content originating from our publishing arm. This business consists of digital magazine platforms and offerings, including Avenue 1 (launched in 2004 as NYConfidential.net), MobiLife Buzz (mobile & software news & commentary), and The Fame Life, geared towards a female demographic focusing on dating, arts, self-awareness, and social interaction.
Other multimedia projects include Web TV Networks Suite929 (dedicated to fashion and lifestyle, complete with original and syndicated programming), and All World Live, a live recording/performance-specific Web TV Network. CHELCA Publishing allows us to leverage the value of the content created, produced and/or presented by our Networks and PR divisions.
CHELCA Networks (formerly named Urban Renewal Media):
Our digital network business is our longest running division, established in 2002 as Urban Renewal Media, and consists of part-owned and operating-only digital brands, including G Style Magazine (a joint venture arrangement with Versatile Media Group), CherryGLAM (10% stake), and Shop Bradshaw (fashion accessories). Many of our clients increasingly utilize the strength of its industry relationships and brand positioning, as well as the reach of our Publishing arm, to further their growth and advancement as brand entities.
