Chuck Holliday, Co-Founder/Principal Partner (Email)
Chuck Holliday is an award-winning New York City Fashion Photographer, Television Producer, and former Publication Executive. While primarily known for his experience behind the lens, the Brooklyn native made the transition in 2007 to working behind the scenes in digital and video production for various publications ranging from mainstream lifestyle (GIANT) to high fashion (Z!nk, Bullett). Under Mr. Holliday’s leadership, CHELCA Alliance has since solidified its position as New York City’s largest producer of web publication and web TV-specific programming.

Mr. Holliday has transformed the company from its traditional advertising firm into a robust digital publishing aggregator, producing original fashion & cultural focused content directly to millions of viewers.
Prior to becoming Principal Partner of CHELCA Alliance, Mr. Holliday held the position of President for Urban Renewal Media. Mr.Holliday graduated from Satellite Academy High School in New York City in 1995 and is based in New York City.
 
 

Melanie Collard, General Manager (Email)
Melanie Collard is the General Manager of CHELCA Alliance. As General Manager/Managing Partner, Melanie oversees all aspects of CHELCA Alliance’s creative process through publishing, multimedia programming, and brand development, while also managing the development of new and ongoing projects.
 
Prior to joining CHELCA Alliance, Melanie was the Senior Publicist/Senior Partner at MECO Media/Alliance WW PR. Ms.Collard graduated from Temple University in 1996 with a bachelor’s degree.
 
 

Andy Myers, Creative Development & Operations (Email)
Andy Myers is the EVP of Creative Development & Operations of CHELCA Alliance. He has held that position since September 2011. As Executive Vice President of Creative Development & Operations, Andy is responsible for overseeing the creative process for all multimedia and publishing content. Andy also oversees all aspects of branding and marketing.
 
Prior to his current role, Andy served as Creative Director of MECO Media/Alliance WW PR.
 
 

Julianne Kelber, Strategy & Business Development (Email)
Julianne Kelber is the EVP of Strategy & Business Development of CHELCA Alliance. She has held that position since March 2011. As Executive Vice President of Strategy & Business Development, Julianne is responsible for identifying synergistic, creative, technological and strategic working opportunities between CHELCA Alliance’s Multimedia & Publishing divisions, All World Corp, and Digital Elite Network.
 
Prior to her current role, she served as an editor for NYLON Magazine.
